Can not access PhpMyadmin After setup VPSSIM

Some VPS provider close all port (but 25, 80, 443 ) such as google cloud... , with those VPS provider, you must open phpmyadmin port in their web control panel after setup VPSSIM to access to phpmyadmin.
Some other VPS provider such as alibaba, they close port 80 or 443 too, you must open port 80, 443 too, to access website on VPS.
